I have finally finish the set(and the post). I am pretty happy with it because I manage to make it almost as compact as I planned. For the second time I made a fire starter with a screwdriver so no other tools are needed to put together the sheats and leather (or separate them if needed). I have to say that I really like the kydex-leather combination and for sure there will be more sheats like this. Below some technical data.

In my opinion the sheath is the most interesting part. IIt was made modular so all the parts can be combined together or be carry as separate items. For example firestarter and sharpener can be attached both to small kydex sheath or the big one. Also small blade can be carry as neck knife with paracord loop.
