Kershaw Chill customization

Some time ago I made another customization. This time it was Kershaw Chill flipper knife. New scales from transparent jade green G10 and different finish for blade and metal parts was made. Unfortunately I forgot to make photo before changes but it was just ordinary Chill with black G10 scales. Now it looks like this.

Tactical Fish Bottle Openers 2

Another set of my bottle openers is ready! As always, there are new experiments with finishing titanium such as hammering and different finish for the edges made with round cutting mill. Also, for the first time, I have use cooper. I just love the way how copper with a little bit of patina looks. I am going to use it also for SAK scales and for my folders. Hope you like it!

Making a Pioneer knife Part 3 - scales

I put away this project for almost a year but third part is of making Pioneer knives is finally here. Knives are far more advanced with production now, so I have to catch up with showing the progress. In this episode I will show you how the scales was from green canvas micarta sheet. 3mm 4-flute carbide end mill have been used for this. As you see no cooling liquid is required to mill micarta or G10. It was milled almost one year ago so it was not perfect. Now we would do it better ;)
There are also some pictures showing how tubes were prepered.
I cut the video into pieces and speed is x3 because it would be even more boring without this...
