About a half year ago I decided that after making so many scales for Victorinox Swiss Army Knives I need to try some other knives. I chose two Spyderco knives for an easy start: Endura and Pingo. I have bought an orange version of the knives to scan them and use it as a base for my fittings.
Encouraged by one of my clients, last weekend me and my brother have finally milled the prototype of the Pingo scales. Material was black G10. It turned out to work very well after first attempt. Only some minor changes has to be made. This is just a rough prototype. In a couple of weeks I will finish my first titanium pair of scales for this cute knife ;)

Boker VOX F3 Customization
I have found some time to make custimization of Boker VOX F3 knife for request. My goal was to make it look more badass ;). I have changed only finish of each part of the knife. The blade, scales and backspacer are beadblasted and stonewashed. Scales was anodized for brown and backspacer for blue. All screws are beadblasted. Not a big customization but I believe the knife get some interesting 'used' look.

[HOW IT"S MADE] Making a double sided leather paddle strop
A long time ago I decided to make a leather paddle strop to give some more sharpness to my knives. Making a paddle strop is very easy. The simplest version is just a piece of leather glued to a wooden
board, but I decided that my leather strop will be more complicated. I wanted it to be not only double sided but also each leather strap to be double sided. As I can use both side of each leather strap, it gives me four surfaces of different roughness for different sharpening compunds. Everything is mounted with screws so it's possible to mount sandpaper instead of leather. My paddle was made of pine wood. It's size is about 4x60x2cm so it can be used for very big knives.
Link Double Sided Leather Paddle Strop is located in the right column of the blog or you can just click HERE to see how I made it.

Victorinox Swiss Army Knife scales 6
I want to show you some special SAK projects I made latel.
First one is a pair of orange G10 scales with engravings and a spoon! A very original idea designed by one of my customers. To be honest, the craziest scales I ever made. The knife is here only for the pictures. As far as I know it was attached to other model of SAK.
Victorinox Spartan with titanium scales and engraved Penrose Triangle. Scales are stonewashed, triangle is anodized for blue color.
I have waited for this project for a very long time... As I and my brother are Fallout fans since forever we always wanted to make the scales with Fallout themes. The scales are made of titanium with Vault 13 symbol and Pip Boy engravings. It has some rusty, postapocaliptic look. It was attached to Victorinox Hiker knife. I am sure, we will make more like this as it was very fun to make :D
Hope you like it too!
